    Hamamatsu L12530-01 EX-mini Compact Excimer Lamp Light Source is ideal for R&D work. Hamamatsu has shrunk their popular RF discharge excimer lamp into a compact shape that still provides the same great performance. The EX-mini delivers simple yet highly accurate testing and evaluations using vacuum UV light whenever and wherever needed.
